SHIPMENT OPTIONS Our standard shipment is 2 select wines. Alternatively, you may opt for 4, 6 or 12 bottles per shipment of the selected wines. With the 6 bottle option, you will receive a 25% discount on both wine and non-wine items and a 30% discount if you select the 12 bottle option. COMPLIMENTARY WINE TASTING for member and one guest with each visit to Keyways. SPECIAL INVITATIONS for exclusive member-only events. 10% EVENT DISCOUNT on ticketed Keyways events. IT’S SIMPLE TO JOIN Fill out, sign and turn in the attached membership card. By signing, you understand the following conditions:
1.	A adult signature is required upon receipt of delivery.
2.	You will receive 6-8, 2 bottle shipments per year.
3.	Your credit card will be billed for the Cork Club wine price. (You may be billed separately by and outside entity for shipping and handling.)
4.	You can cancel the membership at any time as long as it’s more that 10 days before the next shipment is due.
5.	Keyways will only ship to reciprocal States.
6.	You may opt to pick up the wine instead of shipping. If not picked up within 2 weeks of due date it will be shipped to you.
